A different way to

experience counselling!

Counselling • Walk & Talk Therapy • Ocean Sessions • Sex Therapy
+ Events & Retreats

At The Get Loved Club, we do things differently.

We believe feeling better doesn’t always start sitting across from someone in a clinical room, talking about your feelings under fluorescent lights.

Sometimes it looks like walking side by side with someone who actually gets it.

Sometimes it’s fresh air, movement and a nervous system that finally gets a chance to exhale.

Sometimes it’s a coffee and a chat that feels a little like talking to a mate - except this mate is a qualified counsellor who can actually help you understand what’s going on underneath it all.

And sometimes, it means getting in the ocean - in nature.

We combine evidence-informed counselling with movement, nature, nervous system support and genuine human connection to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, your relationships and your life.

Our sessions can be especially good for people who feel uncomfortable in traditional clinical environments, have had difficult or traumatic experiences within healthcare or therapy settings, or simply know they open up better when they’re moving rather than sitting still.

They're also for the burnt-out, busy and disconnected. The people who want support but could also really use some fresh air. The ones who wouldn't mind a soft-core workout buddy with counselling skills. Or a coffee, a walk and a conversation that goes a little deeper than “yeah, I'm fine.”

There’s no perfect way to do therapy here.

Walk. Talk. Move. Breathe. Get in the ocean. Grab a coffee.

Come exactly as you are.

Welcome to The Get Loved Club.
Less clinical. More human. More you.

My Philosophy

HEALING SHOULD INCLUDE YOUR BODY & YOUR MIND

We believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, supported enough to be honest, and empowered enough to take action.

At The Get Loved Club, counselling goes beyond insight alone.

Our approach combines evidence-informed counselling with breathwork, movement, nervous system awareness and real-life experiences to support change that feels sustainable - not overwhelming.

This philosophy guides every session, whether we’re walking, meeting in clinic, connecting online, sitting by the ocean, or incorporating nature in our sessions.

Everything I offer is grounded in four core pillars:
BREATH (Regulate)

Control your breath, control yourself!

Learn to work with your nervous system instead of against it.

Build safety, calm and capacity so you can move out of survival mode and into a more connected way of living.

JOY (Awaken) - Be the Honey!

Reconnect with joy, desire, play, pleasure and the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.

DISCOMFORT (Expand)

Because MAGIC happens outside of your comfort zone! Confidence isn’t something you think your way into - it’s built by doing hard things and realising you can handle them.

MINDSET (Rewire)

Understand the patterns, beliefs and stories shaping your life and create new ways of thinking, relating and showing up.

How we work:

The Get Loved Method™ provides the philosophy. Your therapy is tailored to you.

Sessions draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, mindfulness, emotion-focused work, values-based approaches and other modalities selected to suit your goals, experiences and stage of life.

BIG emphasise on walk and talk counselling, nature-based & ocean experiences and equine-assisted approaches to support reflection, regulation and connection.

Ways to work
with me...

There isn’t one path to feeling better.

There isn’t one path back to feeling like yourself again.
Whether you’re looking for counselling, education, or a deeper transformation, there’s a way to start that fits where you’re at right now.

About me...

WIF88_edited.jpg

I’m an ACA Registered Counsellor with a Master of Counselling and a special interest in eating disorders, body image, women’s wellbeing, sexuality and sexual health, relationships and emotional health.

My approach combines evidence-informed counselling with movement, nervous system awareness and practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve worked across counselling and sex-education supporting people to reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s challenges and build more sustainable ways of living. I’ve spoken at events, facilitated workshops, hosted retreats, and been recognised within the industry for my work.

I bring experience across trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, relationship work, embodiment and sex and relationship education, while tailoring therapy to the individual sitting in front of me - or walking beside me!

What matters most to me is creating therapy that feels human.

That means sessions that feel safe, collaborative and grounded in real life,  whether we’re meeting in clinic, online, walking side by side, sitting by the ocean, or incorporating nature and experiential approaches into our sessions together.

I work with everyone however I  have a special interest in working with women, burnt-out mothers, adolescents, families, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals, creating spaces where people feel supported, understood and able to show up exactly as they are.

I believe meaningful change doesn’t only happen in your mind.

It happens through experiences.
Through relationships.
Through reconnecting with your body.
Through feeling safe enough to try something different.

Whether you’re here to recover, reconnect, grow, or simply feel more like yourself again.

This is why The Get Loved Club was created - you’re welcome here.
